Relationship of the circular economy and social innovation

Description
Achieving Sustainable Development Goals is a very important economic, political, social, and environmental question today. The circular economy is a relatively new approach to connecting economic activity and environmental well-being in a sustainable way. The European Commission provides huge funding for the circular economy, among others through Horizon 2020. Social innovation is very high on the political agenda as new ideas to improve human well-being and to meet social needs and thus it is very important due to the social pillar goals. In my research, I would like to find what are the common points of circular economy and social innovation.
